The Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) has selected CC Technology’s online forms solution, CC Forms, to capture Charter data on their Social Landlord Portal.
The role of the Regulator is to safeguard and promote the interests of current and future tenants, homeless people and other people who use services provided by Social Landlords. There are currently over one million tenants of Social Landlords in Scotland.
The successful bid was fronted by MainDec Solutions and won in partnership with Company Net and BrightSolid. The CC Forms platform provides both an ideal vehicle for SHR to capture data and an ideal partner to the proposed Microsoft Dynamics CRM/SharePoint technology stack which will provide a rich reporting and information interface for SHR, Social Landlords and Tenants.
Key functionality CC Forms will provide SHR include; Role Based Security, Real-Time Data Validation, Complex Data Capture, Forms Designer Tool and PDF rendering of Applications amongst a plethora of other features.
Robert Laley, the Business Intelligence Manager at SHR commented
“CC Technology were accommodating throughout the development period and demonstrated willingness to provide us with a form for Charter data capture that met all our requirements. In particular, I was very pleased with the way that CC Technology increased resources and focus prior to go live. The quality of this work was extremely high; particularly considering the required deadline was in short notice. My overall impression of CC Technology is very much a company with a can do attitude with pragmatic and supportive advice on options that we can take when problems arise.”
